Beats by Dr. Dre is not compatible with Android devices.

Beats Flex headphones have a 3.5mm headphone jack. Most smartphones have a 2.0mm headphone jack, which is too small for the Beats Flex. You’ll need to upgrade your phone’s headphone jack to use them.

Beats by Dre products are not compatible with Android devices.

To pair your Beats to your Android, open the Beats app and sign in. Tap the three lines in the top left corner of the main screen. Under “Beats Connections,” tap “Pair New Device.” Follow the on-screen instructions.

Beats by Dre products have a wireless connection that is specific to Beats products. If you have another type of wireless devices, like an iPhone, the Beats will not connect. To connect your Beats product to your phone, you will need to use the included cable.

Beats headphones usually require an Apple device with the Beats app installed in order to work. If you don’t have an Apple device with the Beats app installed, then your Beats headphones may not be compatible with your Bluetooth device.

To put your Beats in pairing mode, open the Beats app and sign in. Once you’re signed in, tap the three lines in the top left corner of the screen. Under “Settings”, select “Beats Pairing”. If your Beats are already paired, they’ll be listed under “Paired Devices”. Tap on one of the Beats to start pairing it.

To reset your Beats Flex, hold down the power button for 10 seconds.

Beats by Dr. Dre are not compatible with Samsung devices.
