If you have an email address associated with your Nike account, you can recover your account by logging into your Nike account and clicking on the “My Account” tab. If you do not have an email address associated with your Nike account, you can contact customer service to recover your account.
To reset your Nike Run Club app, open the app and select “Settings.” From there, tap on “Reset App.
To change your Nike birthday, you will need to log in to your account and go to My Account. You will then need to select Change Your Birthday.
To delete Nike Run Club from your Apple Watch, open the App Store on your iPhone and tap on the Nike Run Club app. On the main screen of the app, tap on the three lines in the top left corner and then tap on “Delete App.
Nike does not offer a merge account feature. If you have multiple Nike accounts, you will need to manage them separately.
To change your email address on Nike, visit the company’s website and enter your new email address in the “My Account” section. You will then need to confirm your change by clicking on the “Confirm My Email Address” link.
If you signed up for a Nike Run Club account through an app or on the Nike website, your account may have been canceled. If you signed up for a Nike Run Club account through Facebook, your account may have been canceled because Facebook does not allow third-party apps to access user data.
Nike Run disappeared because it was discontinued.
There is a Nike Run Club app for iPhone and Android that you can use to edit your runs. You can also edit your runs on Nike.com.
